To Request Approval — Submit These

After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •DSC Certificate of Completion (within 90 days)
- •Certified copy of driving record from Texas DPS (within 90 days)

- •Completion window: 90 days to complete the course and submit the certificate of completion plus a certified Texas DPS driving record.

- •Ineligible if: you hold a CDL, completed a DSC for an offense within the preceding 12 months, are currently enrolled in a DSC for another offense, or were cited for speeding 25+ mph over the limit, reckless driving, school bus violations, accident-related failures, or other serious offenses
- •Under deferred disposition, drivers under 25 must also complete a driver safety course and submit proof before the due date; provisional license holders must take a DPS exam ($10 fee)
