How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Written request with plea of guilty or no contest
- •Proof of a valid Texas Driver's License
- •Proof of liability insurance with the defendant's name on the policy
- •Payment of the administrative fee and court costs at the time of the request
After Completing the Course — Submit These

- •certified Type 3A driving record from Texas DPS
Important Deadlines & Local Rules
