  • NOT eligible for DSC or deferred disposition if: speeding 25+ mph over the limit, passing a school bus, hit and run, or a work zone violation while workers are present.
  • Deferred disposition is also available (30–180 days); drivers under 25 must complete a DSC as part of deferred disposition.
