How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Valid Texas driver's license
- •Valid proof of insurance listing you as the insured
- •Signed plea of no contest or guilty (must accompany any request)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •signed DSC Certificate of Completion provided to the Court within 90 days
