How to Request DSC Approval
To Request Approval — Submit These
- •Valid Texas driver's license
- •Valid proof of insurance listing you as the insured
- •Signed plea of no contest or guilty (must accompany any request)
After Completing the Course — Submit These
- •signed DSC Certificate of Completion provided to the Court within 90 days

- •Ineligible if: you took a Texas DSC for a ticket within the past 12 months, you hold a CDL, you were cited in a construction/work zone with workers present, you were speeding 25+ mph over the limit, or you are under 17
